Welcome to my Craft Roulette #160 entry!
Have you heard of Craft Roulette? Every Friday evening, on Youtube, Mary Gunn hosts a live show where she spins a wheel to randomly select four categories that will be the criteria for building a card. Mary and a guest will create a card using these criteria and then you are given 48 hours to submit your own for a chance at a prize! Check out the Craft Roulette website for more information.
Criteria and implementation
- Product: Any card style
- Colours: Strawberry fields
- Element: Chair
- Random: Plaid or Gingham
Obviously my card choice will be A2 because it is a safe choice without thinking too much. I had some fun with the strawberry field colours with my space themed card. For this card, I drew the whole card and coloured with OLO alcohol markers.
Sometimes I enjoy drawing my cards and allow my imagination shine, and this time I ended up with astronauts tied to chairs moving on a conveyor belt at tremendous speeds. There was no meaning at the time of drawing it, it was simply something that popped into my consciousness and so I drew it 🙂
